So what is up with this liberal arts bullshit?
Now I understand the importance of a liberal art education. So that you can be smart in everything not just the field of which you decide to study. That seems like a great concept, but I really don't give a flying fuck about why the leaves change colors or what happens when you mix vinegar with baking soda. It is a waste of my fucking money to take two god damned years of classes that I dont give two shits about and then have to apply to my area of study junior year of college. And, the field I want to go in you need a masters degree to get a job. 6 fucking years of education, 5 if I cram it. WHY THE FUCK can't we just skip those bullshit classes that will not help me in any way what so ever, and get my fucking masters in 3-4 years.
People have told me that a liberal art education is good in the sense that if you ever change your mind, you only need 2-3 more years of schooling instead of doing it all over again. Well listen to this fuckers. If you don't know what you want to do all of the colleges on the face of the earth will not spontaneously combust. Wait a fucking year until you know what you want! Because of the fucking liberal art BULLSHIT, I am wasting 40,000 precious dollars on a whole load of CRAP.
Thanks assholes.

Why I randed away from higher edumacation a long time ago. Now I'm free to pursue faster-than-light travel on my own time and terms. I agree it all be bullshit, but it seems to weed out the true losers early on.

Maybe I'd have done better in those 2 separate tries at college if those two distant semesters hadn't fallen in the midst of clean-and-sober times. Fuckit.

It's a lot of money, but it is a lot more fun than going to work. Just try to enjoy it and keep your grades in the reasonable range.

The sad truth is that all the important shit is going to happen around 1 AM and definitely not in the classroom.

Take a deep breath and just indulge all of your bad habits. Make a few solemn promises that all the stuff you do now will never happen again after you graduate.

If the debt is really bothering you, get a job you don't hate and put everything you earn into a high interest savings account.

It only took $40K to figure out that a formal education is a piece of paper with little practical foundation under it. Join the ranks of disgruntled students who know this provides the only path to highre earning capability in our fast food society.
